The air vents keeps our garlic jar ventilated, which keep the garlic cool and dry. While the lid protects the garlic from light for a longer shelf life and prevents sprouting. We use wild grape leaves on these ones, with a matte-style finish and glazed black inside and on the top. Leaf placement and design may vary slightly from the one pictured.
