For a very tasty & moist chicken – use your favorite dry spice rub on a clean, dry chicken. Add your favorite beverage to the cylinder (beer, wine, juice, or even cola), place chicken on the cylinder, standing upright, add root veggies if desired. Add enough liquid to base to cover the bottom of the pot & roast. Comes with complete directions and recipe. We used wild grape leaves on this and finished with our white shiny glaze. Measures approx. 11″ in diameter. Lead free, oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. Leaf placement and design may vary from the one pictured.
