How do I make a return?
- Please call 585-229-2980 to obtain a Return Authorization number (R.A. #).
- Write the R.A. # on the outside of the shipping carton.
- Packages will not be accepted without an R.A. #.
- Item(s) returned must be unused and in resalable condition.
- Item(s) returned must be returned within 10 days from the day received.
- Item(s) returned must be returned in a protective shipping carton.
You are responsible for shipping charges and insurance for the merchandise you are returning. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen merchandise. If exchanging an item, include the style number, size and color of the new item. You will be charged appropriate shipping on the new item. We will issue credit as soon as we receive your return. It may take more than one billing period for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If we have incorrectly sent you an item, we will reimburse you for the shipping to return the merchandise to us and you will not be charged shipping for the replacement item.
Do your products have a warranty?
WARRANTY:
All merchandise is warrantied against defects for 14 days, from date of receipt.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
For all other merchandise:

- Remember to insure the package as we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise.
Merchandise will be inspected and evaluated, replaced, repaired or returned in a timely manner.
