Oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe. This beautiful brie baker/ small pie plate cooks evenly. Many of our local customers use it for small quiches or chicken pot pies. We used wild rose leaves on a brown and white “matte-style” background then finished in dark brown glaze inside. Measures just under 8″ flared edge to flared edge with just under 7″ internally. Leaf placement and glaze design may vary slightly from the one pictured. THIS IS SMALLER than our typical pie plates!
